We only accept VALID photographic ID, such as Driving Licence/Provisional Licence or a passport.
We either use a keysafe/lockbox for certain properties or we will arrange for a meet and greet depending on your requirements.
The check-in process is simple, on the day of arrival we will send you the details for you to be able to enter the properties along with the directions and parking information.
Check-in is at 3:00pm onwards
Check-out is up to 10:00am
If you wish to extend, please give us at least 24 hours' notice
This is subject to availability. We can sometimes allow early check-in if there are no previous guests.
We can only offer these if available, for example; if there is no one booked before your check-in date then we won’t have to get the place cleaned so it’ll be free.
If we have a guest booked and are due to leave on your arrival day then we can’t offer early check-in as we need time to get the property ready for you.
As guests usually check-out at 10 am, cleaners then need the time to get the property ready & cleaned for the next guest arrival time.
For late check-outs, please contact us for availability as again we may have a new guest wanting to arrive the same day you check out. We will be as accommodating as we can, but there may be an extra charge for this.
We hope you understand, but we can always confirm the night before if you require this service, so it is best to message us

We are always available via text or WhatsApp, you will have our contact details once you have booked with us. Also, our details are available in the welcome pack at each of the properties.
As a small business, we offer great hospitality, we’ll do everything possible to ensure that our guests have a great experience.
This starts from the moment a guest makes their first enquiry. We ensure clear and effective communication, streamlined check-in procedure, and assistance during a guest’s stay.
We have a welcome pack in each of our properties giving you relevant information about the property and nearby events and attractions that may be of interest.
We do not like to disturb our guests unnecessarily, so we offer you the option to get in touch with us, by text, WhatsApp or calling us regarding anything you require during your stay.
A KeySafe is an incredibly secure, small metal box that is accessed by a combination lock.
We generally install them onto a wall near the front of the property.
They have been used in the hospitality industry for years and are already used by millions of hosts all over the world and of course our clients.
There are many benefits to this. Guests can check themselves in saving time and hassle having to do meet and greets.
Not to mention how streamlined and easy this is for guests; most prefer not to be greeted and just want to enter the properties and not be disturbed by someone at the door.
Yes, we do, this deposit is fully refundable after check-out subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The deposit required is £250.
This is taken as a payment on your credit/debit card or by BAC’s. This is released on your departure day or the following day. The deposit takes a few days to be returned, dependent on your payment method.

Smoking indoors IS NOT ALLOWED!
We do suggest you smoke in the garden if you wish, but please put out the cigarettes correctly and clear up after yourself.
Smoking indoors is not allowed due to health and safety, plus the smell really sticks to the furniture.
We wouldn’t want the next guest being affected
The properties are only for the use of the guests that have booked to stay at our property.
No other guests are allowed in the property due to health and safety unless previously authorised.
We have a duty of care to our neighbours and we have a procedure in place for quiet times between 11:00pm and 7:00am so we expect our guests to respect this.
Although we do accept Children at our properties, we do not supply cots, highchairs or stair gates so please be aware when booking the properties you will need to bring necessary supplies for them.
