Can I view and move house during lockdown?

During the Coronavirus pandemic, the government has instructed various businesses in certain sectors to close. The types of businesses affected are (but not limited to) non essential retail, travel agents & vehicle showrooms.

Through all this, the housing market has stayed open. So what does this mean to the general public? Can property viewings be carried out safely and according to government guidelines?

What if you’ve found your forever dream home and want to move in? The answer is yes you can (assuming all guidelines are followed of course).

So all in all, for the property market, it’s business as usual with a few tweaks. Great news if you're moving home or looking to invest.
